Besides, I also need to enhance the corporation between team members and solve the troubles occurred and courage them to finish their work on time.

But I also have some weak point. I am a student and do not have so much experience in this position. This weakness is very obvious. Secondly, I my not very patient sometimes. I think it because I am young and can’t stay cool all the time.
