有人说敬业和奉献是一对孪生姊妹，敬业才会爱岗，爱岗才会乐于奉献，对于这一点，仲丽有深切的体会。2011年学校面临连云港市小学英语课程基地的创建工作，作为学校英语教学的领头雁她深感肩上的担子是多么沉重。每天早晨踏进校门就感觉像上足了发条的闹钟，总有忙不完的事。白天上课，批改作业，辅导学生，晚上还要搜集资料，制定方案。上一年级的女儿总是不解的问：“妈妈，你今天能做饭给我吃吗？别人的妈妈怎么没有你那么忙呢？”她听了，心里有说不出的滋味，真的不知道怎样回答女儿，因为忙碌的她真的不敢对女儿承诺……
